Lv is a proud Virginia Beach native, and devoted husband for 21 years, and a father to 2 Beautiful girls. a lifelong athlete, he grew up playing football and running track throughout high school and college.  For more then 25 years he has worked behind the cameras at his local news station bringing stories to like from behind the scenes.

Lavoy began his jiujitsu journey over 4 years ago after his daughter took up the sport, and it quickly became a passion. Now a purple belt not only does he train regularly he has become a huge part of Chaos being a coach for all levels of students as well as our unofficial welcoming host.  also our photographer and runs our you tube channel.

in his spare time, he enjoys photography and lifting weights two hobbies that let him stay active and creative.
